Salman Khan extends wishes to fans on Republic Day 2024
Some time ago, Salman Khan used his X account (formerly Twitter) to greet his social media family on Republic Day 2024. He kept it short and sweet, writing, “Wishing A Very Happy Republic Day To All.”
But, as always, the famous actor got people talking on the internet. Right after Salman posted the message, many fans responded, sending Republic Day wishes to him. One fan said, “Very happy Republic day bhai….Keep smiling. Jai Hind,” and another user commented, “Happy Republic Day Boss.”
Salman Khan fulfills his promise by meeting a 9-year-old fan after five years
Salman Khan made a promise to meet a nine-year-old fan who had cancer. The fan had gone through many rounds of chemotherapy and radiation. Salman kept his promise and met the fan at his house in December last year.
This wasn’t the first time Salman met the little fan. They first met in 2018 when the fan was just four years old and undergoing chemotherapy at Tata Memorial Center in Mumbai. According to a report in the Indian Express, Jaganbeer’s mother Sukhbir Kaur shared that Salman’s team stayed in touch with them and helped arrange the reunion. She said, “The reunion was not just a happy moment for me, but also a sign of my son’s struggles with cancer and vision problems.”
