Kartik Aaryan talked about how Luv Ranjan chose Ranbir Kapoor for his last movie “Tu Jhoothi Main Makkar” and joked about how Ranbir stole his director. Kartik is getting ready for his new movie “Chandu Champion” directed by Kabir Khan, where he’ll be in a different role than usual. Fans are excited about this movie, but they really like seeing Kartik and Luv Ranjan together.
It surprised everyone when Luv Ranjan chose Ranbir Kapoor for “Tu Jhoothi Main Makkar,” where Kartik only had a small part. Even though this happened, Kartik still talks nicely about Luv Ranjan. In a recent interview, Kartik joked about Ranbir taking away his director.
In an interview with Zoom, Kartik was asked about his co-stars’ qualities. When asked about Ranbir Kapoor, Kartik was confused because they never acted together. They only shared one scene in “Tu Jhoothi Main Makkar.” After a moment, Kartik joked that Ranbir took away his director at that time.
Kartik will play the role of Murlikant Petkar in his next movie, a biopic about the Paralympic Gold medalist. This movie also stars Vijay Raaz, Bhuvan Arora, Yashpal Sharma, Aniruddh Dave, and Bhagyashri Borse. Directed by Kabir Khan, it will be released on June 14.
Apart from this, Kartik will appear in the third “Bhool Bhulaiyaa” movie as Rooh Baba, along with Vidya Balan, Madhuri Dixit, and Triptii Dimri.
He’s also in talks to be in “Aashiqui 3.” Kartik mentioned that he’s discussing with Sooraj Barjatya about playing Prem in his next movie.
