Guillaume Canet, a French actor, is in a new action movie called Ad Vitam. He acts as Franck Lazareff. In the movie, Franck’s wife gets kidnapped, and he tries to save her from some dangerous people. Other actors in the movie are Stéphane Caillard, Nassim Lyes, Zita Hanrot, and Alexis Manenti.
Canet also helped write the story for the movie with Rodolphe Lauga. They are working with David Corona and Jean Cottin to make the movie. Canet has been in other movies too, like Asterix & Obelix: The Middle Kingdom and Breaking Point.
Netflix is making more action and thriller movies in France. They are also redoing an old French action movie called The Wages of Fear. Another movie they’re making is called GTMax, about a former motorcycle racer. They have hired top stunt coordinator Olivier Schneider to direct it.
Xavier Gens, who directed episodes of Lupin, is also making a movie for Netflix. It’s about the Paris Olympics and stars Bérénice Bejo.
