Production
In October 2022, they said that Haley Bennett, Tom Sturridge, Sam Riley, Leo Suter, and Anson Boom would act in the movie. Thomas Napper will direct it, and Erin Dignam and Christopher Monger wrote the script. Joe Wright will produce the film.
They also filmed most of the movie in Chablis and Reims, France, in October 2022.
Release
The movie was first shown to the world at the Toronto International Film Festival on September 11, 2023. In November of the same year, Vertical Entertainment got the rights to share it with more people.
