The Instigators is a new, exciting movie from America. It’s about a thrilling robbery. Doug Liman directs it, with Chuck Maclean and Casey Affleck writing the story. It stars Casey Affleck and Matt Damon, who also helped make the movie with Ben Affleck. It will be shown in some cinemas in the United States on August 2, 2024, before you can watch it on Apple TV+ starting from August 9, 2024.
Premise
A failed robbery makes two thieves run away. They take their therapist with them.

Production
In December 2022, Apple TV+ said they got the rights to a new project. Doug Liman will direct it, and Matt Damon and Casey Affleck will star. Damon will also help produce it with Ben Affleck. In February 2023, Hong Chau joined the cast. Then, in March, Paul Walter Hauser, Michael Stuhlbarg, Ving Rhames, Alfred Molina, and Ron Perlman joined too. Jack Harlow was added in April. They started filming in Boston in March 2023. They’re filming in different places, including Bova’s Bakery.
Release
The movie The Instigators will appear in some cinemas in the United States on August 2, 2024. After that, it will be on Apple TV+ starting from August 9.
