About Stree 2
Stree 2 is a new funny-scary movie in Hindi. It’s directed by Amar Kaushik and made by Dinesh Vijan and Jyoti Deshpande’s company, Maddock Films and Jio Studios. This movie is a follow-up to the first Stree movie from 2018. It’s part of the Maddock Supernatural Universe series. The main actors are Shraddha Kapoor, Rajkummar Rao, Pankaj Tripathi, Abhishek Banerjee, and Aparshakti Khurana. You can watch it in cinemas starting August 30, 2024.

Production of Stree 2
Development
In October 2018, the director named Amar Kaushik said he was going to make another movie like Stree. In February 2022, actor Rajkummar Rao said they were working on the new movie. In March 2023, they started getting ready to make the movie, and they planned to start filming in July 2023. In April 2023, they said the movie would come out on 30 August 2024. The actors in the movie are Shraddha Kapoor, Rajkummar Rao, Pankaj Tripathi, Abhishek Banerjee, and Aparshakti Khurana. They will play the same roles they did in the first movie.
Filming
Filming started on July 10, 2023, with the first part filmed in Chanderi. Then, in November 2023, they filmed there again for the second part.

Theatrical
The movie will come out in cinemas on August 30, 2024.
