About Sting
Sting is a scary movie that came out in 2024. It’s about a girl who finds an alien spider and brings it home. The spider starts causing trouble in her building. The movie was made by Kiah Roache-Turner and stars Ryan Corr, Alyla Browne, Penelope Mitchell, Robyn Nevin, Noni Hazelhurst, Silvia Colloca, Danny Kim, and Jermaine Fowler. It came out in the United States on April 12, 2024, thanks to Well Go USA Entertainment.
Plot
Charlotte is a 12-year-old girl who lives with her mom and dad in a not-so-nice apartment in New York City. She really likes comic books and made up her own superhero with her dad called Fang Girl. But things are tough with her parents because they have a new baby.
One night, a rock from space crashes into Charlotte’s room. Charlotte finds a special egg inside, and it has a spider inside! She calls the spider “Sting” and takes care of it by feeding it bugs.

They made the movie in Australia, and finished filming in February 2023.
