Premise
After spending a year away in London, Emma comes back home and surprises her mom, Lana. She tells Lana that she’s going to get married in just a month at a fancy place in Phuket, Thailand. Lana gets upset when she finds out that Emma’s fiancé is the son of the person who hurt her a long time ago.

Production
In February 2023, Netflix said they’re making a romantic comedy movie. Robin Bernheim wrote the story, and Mark Waters will direct it. The cast includes Brooke Shields, Miranda Cosgrove, Benjamin Bratt, Chad Michael Murray, Rachael Harris, Sean Teale, Wilson Cruz, Michael McDonald, Tasneem Roc, and Dalip Sondhi. They started filming in April 2023 in Phuket, Thailand.
