The movie was first shown at the 2024 Sundance Film Festival on January 21, 2024. In February 2024, Metrograph Pictures got the rights to show the movie in theaters. This was the first movie they got since starting to show movies in theaters. It was also shown at the New Directors/New Films Festival on April 4, 2024. It will be shown at the 2024 Cannes Film Festival in the Directors’ Fortnight part. It’s planned to come out on August 9, 2024.
