About Bade Miyan Chote Miyan
“Bade Miyan Chote Miyan” is a new action-packed movie in Hindi. It’s made by Ali Abbas Zafar and a team of producers. The main actors are Akshay Kumar and Tiger Shroff, with Prithviraj Sukumaran playing the bad guy. Other important actors include Sonakshi Sinha, Manushi Chhillar, Alaya F, and Ronit Bose Roy.
The movie was announced in February 2022. They started taking pictures in January 2023 and finished in February 2024. They filmed in Mumbai, Scotland, London, Luton, Abu Dhabi, and Jordan. The music is by Vishal Mishra, with background music by Julius Packiam. The camera work is by Marcin Laskawiec and editing by Steven H. Bernard. Special effects are done by DNEG.

Premise of Bade Miyan Chote Miyan
Firoz and Rakesh, two very skilled soldiers, go on a big adventure to find a weapon that was stolen. They need to get it back from Kabir, who is a scientist with big plans to use artificial intelligence to harm India because he wants revenge.

Production of Bade Miyan Chote Miyan
Development
In December 2021, Akshay Kumar and Tiger Shroff agreed to act in a new action movie made by Ali Abbas Zafar. The movie is being made by Pooja Entertainment, the same company that made a movie with the same name back in 1998. They officially announced the movie on 8th February 2022. Ali Abbas Zafar not only wrote and directed the movie but also helped produce it under his company, AAZ Films. Pooja Entertainment worked together with AAZ Films to produce the movie.
Casting
Manushi Chhillar agreed to act in a very exciting role with Kumar again after being in the movie “Samrat Prithviraj” in 2022. In December 2022, Prithviraj Sukumaran was chosen to play the main bad guy called Kabir. Sonakshi Sinha joined the cast in March 2023. Before that, Alaya F and Ronit Roy joined the movie in January 2023.
Filming
Filming for a movie started on January 17, 2023, in Mumbai. They filmed action scenes in a Bunker set, then moved to Film City for more action scenes. The first part of filming ended on February 19, 2023.
From February 28 to April 12, 2023, they filmed in the United Kingdom, mainly in Scotland, London, and Luton. They shot exciting action scenes with cars, bikes, helicopters, and tanks. One night scene was filmed in Paisley, where they made a street look like Shanghai. Actor Kumar got hurt during a bike chase.
From April 16 to May 9, 2023, they filmed in Abu Dhabi. They shot more action scenes with various vehicles and recreated an Indian Army Airstrip in the Liwa Desert. Filming wrapped up, but they still had some small things left to film.
Starting on January 21, 2024, they filmed four final songs in Jordan. They filmed at the Roman Theatre in Jerash for the title track and then at the Dead Sea for a romantic track and a party scene. The last song was shot in Wadi Rum, an Arabic-style song. They finished filming these songs on February 1, 2024.

The special effects for the movie were made by DNEG.
Soundtrack of Bade Miyan Chote Miyan
The music for the movie was made by Vishal Mishra. The words for the songs were written by Irshad Kamil. The music playing in the background was created by Julius Packiam. The first song, called “Bade Miyan Chote Miyan (Title Track),” came out on February 19, 2024. The second song, “Mast Malang Jhoom,” was released on February 28, 2024. The third song, “Wallah Habibi,” came out on March 13, 2024.

The first picture of the movie was shown on January 20, 2024. A short video about the movie was released on January 24, 2024. On February 26, 2024, there was a special event in Lucknow for the movie. The actors, Kumar and Shroff, did exciting things and talked with the people there. They also talked about the movie at a big meeting called India Today Conclave 2024 in Delhi. On March 22, 2024, Kumar and Shroff did exciting things live at the 2024 Indian Premier League Opening Ceremony. The video showing what the movie will be like was shown for the first time at a special event in Mumbai on March 26, 2024.”
Release of Bade Miyan Chote Miyan
Theatrical
In February 2022, they said the movie would come out on December 22, 2023, which is around Christmas time. But then in May 2023, Pooja Entertainment said it would come out on Eid in 2024.
The movie will come out in regular theaters, 3D, and IMAX. It will be in Hindi, and also dubbed in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, and Kannada languages.
Distribution
PVR Inox Pictures got the rights to show the movie in theaters in India. Yash Raj Films got the rights to show the movie overseas.
