Smriti Kalra is an actress and model from India. She became well-known for her roles in TV shows like “12/24 Karol Bagh” where she played Simmi, and “Suvreen Guggal – Topper of The Year” where she was the main character. She also acted in “Dil Sambhal Jaa Zara” and her first movie “Cash” came out on Disney+ Hotstar.

She started acting in “12/24 Karol Bagh” as Simmi. Then, in 2012, she played Suvreen, a college girl, in “Suvreen Guggal – Topper of The Year”. In 2014, she played Neha in “Itti Si Khushi” on Sony TV, a role where she portrayed a woman with memory loss, behaving like a 16-year-old despite being 26. She also hosted the 5th season of “Pyaar Tune Kya Kiya” in 2015. In 2017, she starred in a short film called “Cup of Tea” that received many awards. Later that year, she appeared in “Dil Sambhal Jaa Zara”. In 2019, she co-directed a short film called “Ambu” where she played both a man and a woman. The film won awards and was shown at Filmapalooza 2019. In 2020, she acted in “Unlocked: The Stranger”, the first of a series of short films made during the COVID-19 lockdown.
