Rosa Blasi was born on December 19, 1972, in Chicago, Illinois. She is an American actress, author, model, singer, and therapist. Her parents are Rocco and Joyce Blasi, and she has two sisters, Marina and Tasha, and two brothers, Michael and Rocky. Rosa grew up in Mount Prospect, Illinois, and her family has Italian, Irish, and Puerto Rican roots.

Rosa started her career by acting in TV shows like The Bold and the Beautiful and Hitz. She guest-starred in various shows like Frasier, Becker, and Beverly Hills, 90210. Her big break came when she starred in the Lifetime series Strong Medicine from 2000 to 2006, where she played a doctor dealing with feminist issues, health problems, and class conflicts.

She also appeared in other projects like The Thundermans, CSI: Miami, and The Grudge. Rosa has a background in theatre and is a trained mezzo-soprano. Besides acting, she has been involved in charity work, performing in The Vagina Monologues and contributing to breast cancer research.

In her personal life, Rosa married Jim Finn, a New York Giants fullback, in 2004, and they had a daughter in 2006. They divorced in 2008. In 2014, she married Todd William Harris, a mortgage broker. Rosa earned a master’s degree in clinical psychology in 2019 and became a licensed marriage and family therapist, specializing in addiction and recovery.

Sadly, her father, Rocco, passed away from COVID-19 on December 24, 2020, at the age of 87.
