Rajkummar Rao is an actor from India. He acts in Hindi movies. He has been in more than 30 movies since 2010. He has won awards like the National Film Award and Filmfare Awards.

He started acting after studying at the Film and Television Institute of India. His first movie was “Love Sex Aur Dhokha” in 2010. He acted in many different roles, like in “Kai Po Che!” and “Shahid,” where he played a lawyer.

Rao acted in many successful movies like “Queen,” “Aligarh,” and “Bareilly Ki Barfi.” He also acted in independent films like “Trapped” and “Newton.” In 2018, he acted in a horror comedy called “Stree” and his first English film, “The White Tiger.”

Rao was born in Gurgaon, Haryana, India, on August 31, 1984. He went to school and college in Delhi. He decided to become an actor after seeing Manoj Bajpayee’s performance. He got married to actress Patralekha Paul in 2021.

Rao’s career started with small roles, but he gained success with his acting skills. He won many awards for his performances. He also appeared on Forbes India’s Celebrity 100 list.

Apart from acting, Rao is known for his charity work. He donated money to help families affected by the COVID-19 pandemic in India. He also supports causes like animal welfare and food safety.
