Oscar Nunez is an actor and comedian. He was born on November 18, 1958, in Colón, Cuba. He’s known for playing Oscar Martinez in the TV show “The Office.” His parents were studying in Cuba when Fidel Castro was there, and later they moved to Venezuela and then to the United States. Oscar became a U.S. citizen in 1964. He speaks English and Spanish.

He went to different colleges in New York and studied dental technology. Oscar started his comedy career in New York and then moved to Los Angeles. He performed in theaters and joined comedy groups like The Groundlings.

Oscar has been in many TV shows like “Malcolm in the Middle” and “Curb Your Enthusiasm.” He also created and acted in shows like “Halfway Home.” His movies include “The Italian Job” and “The Proposal.”

He’s been in commercials for State Farm. Oscar also acted in a stage comedy about “I Love Lucy.” He was in the Netflix show “Mr. Iglesias.”

Oscar is married to actress Ursula Whittaker, and they have one child.
