Jaeden Martell is an actor from the United States. He was born on January 4, 2003. He played Bill Denbrough in the movie “It” in 2017, based on a Stephen King novel. He also played the same role in the 2019 sequel. He was in another movie called “Knives Out” in 2019 and starred in a series called “Defending Jacob” in 2020.

Early Life:

Martell was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. His dad is a chef, and his mom’s name is Angela Teresa Martell. His grandmother, Chisun Martell, is from Korea. He lived in South Philadelphia until he was eight, then moved to Los Angeles.

Career:

At the start of his career, he used the name Lieberher. But in 2019, he changed it to Martell, which is his mom’s last name. He first acted in a Hot Wheels commercial and later in ads for Google, Moneysupermarket.com, Liberty Mutual, Hyundai (for the 2013 Super Bowl), Verizon Fios, and General Electric. His big break in movies was in “St. Vincent” in 2014, where he acted with Bill Murray. He got recommended to Cameron Crowe for the movie “Aloha” in 2015. He played the main role in “The Book of Henry” in 2017 and got famous for playing Bill Denbrough in the “It” movies. In 2019, he was in “Knives Out” and joined the cast of the Apple series “Defending Jacob.”

In 2020, he confirmed that he joined the cast of a movie called “Tunnels.” In 2021, he played Morty Smith in some ads for the TV show “Rick and Morty.” In 2022, he acted in a Netflix film called “Mr. Harrigan’s Phone,” and in 2023, he got a role in the A24 film “Y2K.”
