Daniel Sallis Huston was born on May 14, 1962, in Rome, Italy. He is an American actor, director, and writer. His family is well-known in the movie world – his dad is director John Huston, and his half-sister is actress Anjelica Huston.
He has been in many movies like Ivans Xtc (2000), 21 Grams (2003), The Aviator (2004), and Wonder Woman (2017). Daniel also directed movies like Mr. North (1988) and The Last Photograph (2017).
He grew up in the United Kingdom and Ireland and has British citizenship. Daniel started working in movies early, at 12 years old. His first film was The “Human” Factor (1975).
In his personal life, Daniel was married to actress Virginia Madsen in 1989, but they divorced in 1992. He later married Katie Jane Evans in 2001, and they had a child named Stella. Unfortunately, Katie passed away in 2008 before their divorce was final.
