Channing Matthew Tatum is an actor from America. He was born on April 26, 1980. He became known after acting in movies like “Coach Carter” in 2005 and “Step Up” in 2006. Later, he starred in films like “She’s the Man,” “Magic Mike,” and “21 Jump Street.”
Tatum was born in Cullman, Alabama, and later moved to Pascagoula, Mississippi. He had a rural upbringing near the Pascagoula River. He faced challenges with attention deficit disorder (ADD) and dyslexia during his school days. Tatum was involved in various sports like football, soccer, track, and baseball during his childhood.
He spent his teenage years in Tampa, Florida, and attended Tampa Catholic High School. After briefly attending Glenville State College on a football scholarship, he dropped out and started working different jobs.
Tatum began his career as a dancer in Ricky Martin’s “She Bangs” music video in 2000. He then worked as a model for brands like Armani and Abercrombie & Fitch.
