Brandon Soo Hoo is an American actor and martial artist. He was born on November 2, 1995, in Pasadena, California. Brandon is of Chinese descent.
Brandon started acting when he was 10 years old. He appeared in TV ads for Toys “R” Us, Land Rover, and ExxonMobil. In 2007, he had a small role on Sesame Street. His first movie was Tropic Thunder in 2008, where he played Tran and won a Young Artist Award for his acting.
He continued his career with roles in G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra and Ender’s Game. Brandon also appeared in TV shows like My Name is Earl, ‘Til Death, Community, and Supah Ninjas.
From 2014 to 2016, Brandon starred as Scott Fuller in the TV series From Dusk till Dawn: The Series. He was part of the regular cast of the Cartoon Network series Incredible Crew. In 2016, he voiced Beast Boy in the animated film Justice League vs. Teen Titans.
In 2023, Brandon Soo Hoo got the lead role in the Netflix animated series Mech Cadets. Outside of acting, he practices taekwondo.
